services of Boevaag Plumbing, Inc, we will be able to identify you as well as the

activities you undertake in connection with the services we provide. 3 We may collect

your mobile phone number and SMS consent when you submit a form on our website (if

present), speak with our staff by phone, communicate with us in person, or otherwise

request services from us.
